Blood Orange & Sumac Jam

This small batch, New Orleans made jam is lovingly made in copper pots. 

Beautiful local blood oranges grown organically by Lester at L'Hoste Citrus Farm combined with lemony sumac to balance the sweetness. Medium rind marmalade.

Works well swirled into brownies before baking or as a glaze over seared redfish.

Comes in an 8oz jar.
