Spiced Demera:A sweet and savory combination of traditional baking spices, toasted peppercorns, and herbs, adding the perfect kick to all cocktails with bourbon, rye, scotch, rum and genever gin. The perfect balance for an Old Fashioned or a Sazerac.
Ole Saccharum: Translated to sugared oil, it is a common punch base made by muddling citrus peels with sugar. The syrup pairs well with vodka, gin, tequila, rum, pisco, and whiskies. Work up a lovely Tom Collins with Oleo Saccharum, fresh lemon juice and gin or a solid Daiquiri with Oleo Saccharum, fresh lime juice and rum!
Mint & Lemon Verbena: A combination of two types of mint with lemon verbena and wormwood to produce a unique and intoxicating syrup for vodka, gin, tequila, rum and whiskies. Add the syrup to your favorite whiskey for an awesome "Julep", combine the syrup with lemon juice and gin for a whiz-bang "Southside" or build a rock n' roll "Mojito" with rum, lime juice and the syrup!
Honeysuckle & Peppercorn:Honeysuckle & Peppercorns pairs aromatic florals with savory toasted peppercorns for a balance well suited to tequila, mezcal, and American, Irish, and Scotch whiskies. All you need is lime juice or grapefruit juice plus a good bottle of Tequila for an amazing and complex Margarita or Paloma at home or a bottle of Whiskey and lemon juice for a delicious Whiskey Sour! Add the syrup to club soda or iced tea for a spicy and smooth non-alcoholic beverage.
King Cake (Seasonal): The treat that's all of the rage during Mardi Gras and Parade season and we've built the perfect solution for your Mardi Gras Old Fashioned or Boozy Punch! Cassia bark, pecan and lemon combined with Louisiana sugar cane is pretty much a King Cake in a bottle. Plus we include a baby on the bottle so when you give it as a present, the recipient owes you the next bottle!
Fassionola (Seasonal): Winner of Garden and Gun's 2017 Made In South Drink Award! A lost Tiki syrup, Fassionola is considered the original component syrup for a classic Hurricane cocktail - made famous on New Orleans' Bourbon St! A blend of Louisiana strawberries, fresh cut pineapple and mango, passion fruit, hibiscus and lime - the syrup makes an amazing Hurricane with fresh lime juice and rum and our take on a classic Jack Rose - Gypsy Rose - with bourbon, lemon and Fassionola.
The 8 oz bottle will yield just about 25 cocktails with a 1/4 oz of the syrup.
