This New Orleans made lemon rosemary marmalade is at once sweet and tart, putting it somewhere between our honeyed grapefruit and satsuma on the bitterness scale. What makes this marmalade very special are the meyer lemons gently coaxed into existence by the exceedingly talented and lovely Isabelle Cossart and the backyard grown rosemary that adds a woody depth to each jar.
Tastes nice with meringue, on top of a ginger ice cream sundae, or stirred into your winter's morning tea.
8oz jar. Made in small batches using a copper pot.
