Shipping, Delivery & Pick Up Details

Thank you so much for placing an order with Home Malone. 

We are doing our best to change with the times while also respecting the guidelines of our local and federal governement officials. 

We are currently working with a limited staff, meaning no more than 2 people are is working at a time in the store for limited hours. Shipping lead times, pick up options, and delivery timeframes may be a little longer than expected.

Pick Up Hours Are Daily From 10am-4pm:

All pick up orders will be CONTACTLESS and ready for pick up on our porch at 629 N Carrollton Ave from 10am-4pm. Your package will be clearly labeled with your last name written in red. If the below time frames do NOT work for you and you need something outside of these hours, please call/text 504-905-3533 or email hello@homemalonenola.com to make further arrangements. We are here for you! 

Free Local Delivery on orders $75+

Local deliveries take UP TO 3 DAYS. We will drop the package off at the shipping address you provide. As soon as the item is delivered, you will be texted or emailed before we drive away with on the information you provide at checkout. These drop-offs will be contactless and we are not responsible for any items stolen (we have NOT had anything stolen thus far!) Delivery is for Metairie and Metrol New Orleans Area: Lakeview, Gentilly, Mid City, Uptown, Lower Garden District, Bywater, French Quarter, and any areas within the neighborhoods listed. 

Free Shipping On Orders $75+

We are offering free shipping during this time on orders $75+. Shipping will be standard shipping via USPS or UPS depending on the availability. Please note that will do our best to chase down a UPS truck or USPS truck if they do not show up to our store for pick up. :)
